Tuscany has always been known as an extraordinary place for bridal celebrations, and that trend does not seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. Robin and Lawrie wanted the best of what Italy has to offer – excellent food, tantalizing wine, and an incredible romantic appeal. With that in mind, it was unsurprising that they decided to have an intimate Tuscany wedding. The soon-to-be-weds knew it would be a location that would not let them down! 

Intimate Setting for a Romantic Bridal Celebration  

Getting married in Tuscany means having the chance to pick among the most breathtaking venues in Italy. Even though making the choice was not easy, Robin and Lawrie knew precisely what they wanted, so they opted for a magnificent place in the Chianti area. 

Villa il Pozzo in Certaldo is one of the most astonishing venues in the heart of Tuscany and its glorious countryside. The region is known for its outstanding and dreamy landscapes, which give every Tuscany wedding a dose of magic. The couple decided to have a summer celebration, so everyone got to enjoy the area’s treasures along with the finest wine Italy has to offer. 

Besides the magnificent scenery, Villa il Pozzo is one of the most intimate spots in the area. Due to its secluded nature, it is considered one of the most beautiful Tuscany elopement venues. Robin and Lawrie desired to get married in a romantic Italian spot but without the tourist crowds present everywhere in the country. The villa gave them the features they needed to make this day special.

Unique Ceremony With an Unexpected Twist 

The couple wanted an authentic backdrop for their ceremony, so they decided to have an outdoor event. The terrace of Villa il Pozzo provides an amazing background, ideal for bridal photography. We planned portraits with majestic landscapes behind them. As their Tuscany wedding photographer, I suggested capturing one-of-a-kind moments so they would know to take their time with the entire ceremony.

However, even though it was the end of August, the weather did not do us a favor. It started raining, so our concept took another turn. But, the couple did not let rain ruin their special day, so they went for alternatives and solutions. Their Tuscany wedding photographs still turned out magical, just as we planned!

Authenticity at Its Finest 

Even though Lawrie and Robin wanted perfect views for their big day, they also desired finesse. They did not only think about decorative details and entertainment but also food and beverages. The venue served only originals coming from the region, so the guests had the ultimate Tuscan experience. The blend of the landscapes and delightful delicacies created an ambiance for a memorable event! 

Robin and Lawrie planned their Tuscany wedding with genuine love and attention. That is why they ended up with a fairytale-like event forever engraved in their hearts. Together, we enjoyed creating the memories that will allow them to relive these moments forever!
