Anna and Louis came to Venice for the kind of morning the city doesn’t show everyone. We met at sunrise in Rialto Bridge, when the canals were still and the only sound was water. By the time the light started coming up over the rooftops near the Accademia, we had the streets entirely to ourselves. They didn’t need much direction. They were that kind of couple: naturally close, comfortable in the silence, completely absorbed in each other. My job was mostly to stay close and not interrupt.
A Venice sunrise couple photoshoot works because the city at that hour is a different place. No crowds, no noise, just the light coming up slowly over the water and two people who flew in from Paris to spend a morning like this. If you want Venice before it belongs to everyone else, get in touch and we’ll create a wonderful memory of your travel to Venice together.
