This Venice micro-wedding portrayed a magnificent union of an Italian bride and a Mexican groom, and capturing their story was an extraordinary experience. It was a dreamy celebration in a secluded area of the city where the bustling sounds of the crowds ceased, and the romance began. Each moment was as spectacular and memorable as the next one since the wedding was planned with the most creative and unique details in mind! 

First-Look Followed By a Unique Water Taxi Ride 

We began this Venice micro-wedding with a moment that felt effortlessly romantic. The city itself is full of charm and atmosphere, perfect for creating those quiet, emotional pauses that make the day feel truly personal. The couple chose to have their first look on the dock of the hotel.

The scene was simple, yet incredibly meaningful. The bride approached quietly in her elegant gown, and as the groom turned around, they shared a private moment filled with emotion and anticipation.

Since they wanted this intimate moment to continue a little bit more, they decided to get to the ceremony in Venice’s famous water taxi. They looked gorgeous in their elegant attire with Venice’s beauty behind them. It was a perfect moment to capture unique memories.

A small wedding in Venice calls for a venue that feels intimate and secluded and that’s exactly what this couple envisioned. Wanting to avoid the crowds and noise of the city center, they chose to exchange their vows in the peaceful setting of the NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi. Tucked away in a quieter part of the city, this elegant hotel offered the quiet, garden ambiance they had been dreaming of for their special day.

The couple chose this venue specifically for its privacy and timeless beauty, and the garden’s natural greenery set the perfect tone for their day.

To enhance the setting, they kept the floral decorations minimal, delicate touches that complemented the garden rather than overpowering it. The result was a refined and romantic atmosphere, ideal for a destination wedding in Venice. As the music filled the air, everyone joined in, singing along to traditional songs and celebrating with pure joy. It was the perfect way to end a meaningful and unforgettable evening.
