A Venice honeymoon photoshoot is a beautiful way to celebrate the beginning of your journey together. Richard and Vicky chose to capture their honeymoon memories with a romantic session through both iconic landmarks and quiet corners of the city and Venice delivered its charm, even on a cloudy August day.
We started from Piazza San Marco, stopping by the Bridge of Sighs and continuing toward the Rialto Bridge, some of the best places for a Venice photoshoot thanks to their iconic charm. As we wandered through the streets of Santa Croce, the atmosphere shifted: less crowded, more peaceful, perfect for intimate and spontaneous moments.
Even though the sky was overcast, the soft light gave the photos a delicate, romantic feel. And that’s the magic of Venice: it’s always beautiful, in any weather. No matter if it’s under a golden sunset or a silvery sky, its reflections, textures, and architecture always create something special.
This mix of iconic and off-the-beaten-path locations gave Richard and Vicky a full experience of the city, from postcard spots to little alleys where it felt like they had Venice all to themselves.
