Planning a Florence surprise proposal photoshoot in November might sound like a gamble but for Alejandro and Isabella, it became a memory they’ll never forget. Alejandro wanted an intimate, meaningful setting with beautiful views and no crowds. That’s why we chose Piazzale Michelangelo, one of the most iconic proposal spots in Florence. From up there, the city stretches below you, timeless and quiet, especially during low season.
That morning, Florence was wrapped in soft grey light. The sky was overcast, the air fresh and crisp. Without the usual tourist buzz, the moment felt calm and truly personal. When Alejandro got down on one knee, it was emotional, real, and completely theirs.
After the proposal, we took a walk down toward the Arno River to begin their Florence engagement photoshoot. With Ponte Vecchio in the background and almost no one around, we captured authentic moments that showed their connection.
We wrapped up their proposal session in the historic center, stopping by Piazza della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo, where the city’s architecture added a timeless backdrop to their story.
